Interest rates quoted on-line are for purchase or refinance transactions only and may not include other programs or services available. Interest rates are subject to change without notice. Important Information About Locking the Interest Rate Interest rates quoted on-line are based on a minimum 60-day rate lock period. Rate lock periods beyond 60 days are available for a fee. At the end of the On-line application process, you will have the choice of locking the available interest rate and discount points, or floating the interest rate and locking at a later date. If you choose to lock the interest rate, the interest rate in effect at the date and time your application is submitted will be honored. If interest rates decrease any time after that date and time, a re-lock fee will be required to obtain the lower interest rate. Your Loan Officer can provide further details about the extended rate lock policy and re-lock policy. Home Equity loan products cannot be locked. |
